Project Reincarnation

Project Reincarnation is a 2D isometric RPG game for PC, with Roguelike elements and a pixel art style. Project Reincarnation is set in a medieval horror-fantasy world within an unknown dungeon. 

Project Reincarnation’s unique selling point offers players the choice of playing as either the humans or the monsters and additionally making it possible for the player to switch characters with their killer upon death in the game. Thus, giving the game replay value by having two possible endings, with the goals being as a human to descend into the dungeon and locate the source of evil and purge it; and as a monster to ascend to the surface and escape the dungeon to begin corrupting the rest of the world. 

KNOWN ISSUES

• UI & Pixelart scaling incorrect on non-16:9 resolutions.
• Crit sfx and screen shake plays even when crit attack is dodged.
• Character sprite clips through walls on occasion.
• Character heals to full on every levelup, only supposed to happen when leveling up VIT stat.
• Missing SFX.
• Permadeath icon unaligned with screen, only reads "DEATH".
